現象
JetBrains IDE内蔵のターミナルで、コマンドヒストリが保存されません。
原因
バージョン2018.3で発生していた不具合が原因です。
対処
最新バージョンへアップデートしてください。
何かしらの理由でバージョン2018.3を使う場合は、Preferences/Settings | Tools | Terminal | Shell Integration のチェックを外すことで回避できます。
